Charles is the Chair of Signal’s Advocacy practice.

 

Charles provides strategic advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, trade associations, and coalitions. With close to two decades of experience in and around the political process, Charles works with clients to navigate the complex legislative and regulatory landscape around the federal government.

 

Charles specializes in working with clients on developing comprehensive strategies that include advocacy, communications, or a combination of both. He has significant experience helping organizations advance policy priorities or mitigate policy risk by developing, elevating, or re-positioning a D.C. brand. He has served as Chief of Staff to the House Republican Policy Committee, Policy Director of House Republican Conference, Chief of Staff to Rep. Adam Putnam, and several other legislative positions in the House and Senate. He has also led successful congressional campaigns and campaigns around leadership elections in the House of Representatives.

 

Charles is from Naples, Florida and currently lives in Washington, DC, with his wife and two daughters.
